Pre-order Policy

Some products on Cards & Games Haven are made available for pre-order ahead of their official release date. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

Deposits: Where a deposit is required, the remaining balance is due before the item ships or is ready for collection. Deposit amounts and balance due dates are shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
Release dates: Expected release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice. We will keep you updated on any known delays.
Allocation: Pre-order stock can be limited. Orders are generally fulfilled in the order they were placed, subject to availability from our suppliers.
Cancellations: You may request to cancel a pre-order and receive a refund of any deposit paid, subject to our standard refund processing time, provided the balance has not yet been paid and the item has not yet shipped.
